    On a site where you can not put adsense, can you use google search or google search is not allowed either. Basically can you have google search on a site that google adsense will not be ok?

    of course you can. In your adsense account you'll find instructions how to install google search box on your site and earn some money from it.

    No, you can't put adsense search an a website that doesn't follow adsenses tos

    did you mean the Search with your adsense PUB. ID?
    I think much to do not put your adsense PUB. ID on those site against with TOS of adsense or the site that google does not accept it.
