Google search with multiple links

    I was wondering what I would need to do to get multiple links to show up on my google search. When you google search Best Buy or Walmart you will see the main link and then multiple links underneath that with links to there different departments. I was told that this is a text file that you setup and link to your html. Is this true? If not, how would I achieve this look?

    These links under the main one are appearing if you do the optimization for sub-pages of your website for the same keywords. As you said as an example - Best Buy - you'll get sub links if you made optimization for the others as well for "best buy". This is how is working and it needs time for Google to "see" that and to index them as should be.
