Google Search verses Search network

I've only just found the distinction between these two. So, couple of questions:

    1. What percentage of traffic volume will come from Google Search and what percentage from Search network?

    2. Has anyone any comments of the difference between quality of traffic/click fraud on these two networks?

    Thanks,

    Jon

Is hard to say, when you enable Search network I think that you boost your traffic about 20% ~ 30%

Google Search has almost zero click fraud: It has click fraud when your competitor decides to do an evil action against your business specifically and click on your ad on Google.com - in this case the fraudulent do not earn money: you pay the click to Google.

Search Network has more fraud: the adsense fraudulent has an Google search box on his site normally search for one of the top paying keywords and click on one or more of the ads showed on Google.com. the fraudulent will get paid a large commission of the CPC value. I think that about 20% of the traffic that come from search network are fraudulent clicks - but is hard to estimate.
