Google Search Traffic Keeps Falling

Hi - I'm at a loss here. I consider myself a seasoned content builder and SEO savvy but there have been some troubling issues with my site the past year.

    Background
I started the site in 2005 in Movable Type. I've since published about 2500 pieces of content.
Panda took about 20% of my traffic but I was holding steady. I subsequently deleted about 100 articles that were simply just posts with photos.
Penguin took another 20% of my traffic and it's been slowing falling off since.

For the last three months of 2012 I was with a host that kept intermittently making my site unavailable due to an overloaded memory on the server.

I finally switched to a new host last month and also migrated the site to Wordpress with a new design. I'm using Wordpress SEO from Joost and I feel I have my settings dialed in. My URL structure changed slightly but I've got all the proper 301 redirects setup as well as a proper sitemap.

But traffic has again fallen since the migration.

What's puzzling is my pagerank remains high (PR6) and I know pagerank doesn't mean much I'm still not sure what is happening. All of the URL's in my sitemap have been submitted and according to Google Webmaster only about a third of those were indexed...that is until 3 days ago when it looks like all of my content has now been indexed but I haven't seen a rise in search referral traffic. Maybe this is slow to come just like getting re-indexed? Maybe I'm still being penalized from when my site kept going down?

    Here's my URL

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
