    I'm not a techno buff, but from y'day google search of my url shows some links.

    this is sitelinks, google generates it automatically, it can tell the visitors what links at your page, it should be ok :)

    You can also control what links displayed via setting at the Webmaster Tools.

    Thats called sitelinks.. you can control them from google webmaster tools

    Google have never exactly disclosed how they choose sites for sitelinks.

    They say it is completely automated.

    Ok. thanks for the info.
    But some of my other urls are most visited- than the "sitelinks" they have shown. Those are not shown in the "sitelinks" .
    Not sure how their automation works !

    This is called a Sitelinks. You can easily control sitelinks.

    Google takes it from the subpages linked fomr the front page or as mentioned webmasters can choose which sitelinks they want via webmaster tool.

    Those are called site links that Google automatically generates mostly for sites on the first results. I wish Google can give me some site links. :(
