    Hi,

My former firewall (avast if you have to know) let in a few viruses a week ago, I believe I cleaned them all up with multiple other softwares, the only problem that i am still having is when I click on a Google search result I am occasionally redirected to some fishy search sites (generated based on my original query on Google) and crappy MFA sites. When i copy the link on SERPs without clicking and paste it, all is fine. I checked it on Live HTTP Headers on FF, the redirect is 302. I am on Vista and my hosts file looks fine. What could be causing it?

Mods, please don't get mad at me for posting it here, I'd really appreciate some help and I couldn't find a more relevant subcategory...

You probably need a Antispyware, which are redirecting Google results to fishy site and also check your Browser helpers which might be corrupted by these Spywares.
