    Could it be SQL injection? Check if your wordpress is updated.

    dude no its not SQL Injection . Someone or some malware made changed into his .htaccess file . Man login to your hosting plan and re-edit ur .htaccess file now it will work fine .

    Problem is if the malware can make changes to the .htaccess, what prevents it from redoing the same thing after the re-edit?

    If that is not resolved..

    Just take the back of your tables.
    find a new host..
    Re-install WP Fresh - import your tables.

    if you suspect the tables could be compromised - just copy the posts and - add the posts fresh to the newly created WP site.
