Google search results doesn't show my updated site content

    Hi Guys,

    I hope someone on here knows the solution to my problem. My website (WeightGainDuringPregnancy.net) is currently appearing in the Google Search Results as:

    Welcome to WeightGainDuringPregnancy.net! - Fitness Pregnancy Information. HomeDisclaimerSitemap. Articles. WEIGHT GAIN DURING PREGNANCYLorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit,

    The site was last cached by google on 24 Feb 2008. However, I made changes to the site including the Title of the page, at the start of February. Those changes are not reflected when my site appears in the Search Results. I don't understand where the text "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit," is being picked up from. That text hasn't been on the site for about 3 months...

    Does anyone know how I can get this updated?:confused:
