Google search result issue

How Do I make my website pages appears like this:

http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=ebaumsworld&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

Games - emuse.ebaumsworld.com/games/featured/
Audio - ebaumsworld.com/tags/audio/
Pictures - emuse.ebaumsworld.com/pictures/featured/
Flash Animation - emuse.ebaumsworld.com/flash/featured/

The results are organized in videos, pictures...but when i try my website, it is not arranged like that.....

Can anyone tell me if there is any settings to get it arranged

 

It's an authority website. You need tons of backlinks and to be uber relative for that phrase.

 

It must to be a huge site google will give you

And i am searching these websites by their name, therefore first records is there
