Google Search Operators Question

    Hey all,

There is an issue that troubles me:

It is not uncommon to find websites that are not listed when using the "info:<URL>" operator.
Given the fact that the website is not new, I assume that it is punished by the search engine and therefore not displayed.
To my surprise, some of the websites that don't appear when using the "info:<URL>" operator, do appear when using the "site:<URL>" operator. I would expect that if the website is banned from the "info:" list, it should be banned from the "site:" list as well... Guess I was wrong!

I would appreciate it if you could share your thoughts and explain the logic behind this phenomenon...

    Thanks,
    A.
