Google search not showing up my blog. Please Help..!!!

    I started a blog 3-4 month back. Don't know what happen now, my blog is not showing up in Google search result.
    This are showing in Google search before 3-4 month. We changed all data and layout. I waiting last 3-4 month but this in not show in Google search. Please help. How can i recover my blog in search result?
