Just found this out (and I've used google for years and years lol).

I rank #1 for my serp when the first letter of each word is capitalized but when they are aren't capitalized I don't rank at all.

    Don't capitalize your titles guys!

I don't think capitalizing titles is the problem. A very large percentage of websites use capitals in their titles. Your signature link uses capitals though. I would think your backlinks are the actual problem. I've always used capitals in the titles without any problems for ranking for lower case.

Capitalizing the first letter in a word makes your anchor text more professional. There is no problem with it, I don't think it would harm your site. So stop telling other that capitalizing keywords is bad.

Capitalization in Title tags has no factor in search engine result.

Yes it is case sensitive. Just found that out and can't believe it!

Don't believe me? Search for Best Teeth Whitening vs best teeth whitening

    We're talking 3.5 million results vs 600,000

    WTF Google! This is retarded.

I think you'll find that the capitalisation issue is irrelevant. The results are not different and you should not have to alter your SEO campaigns to focus on either capitalised or non-capitalised versions of your keywords. You may be experiencing a degree of variation as Google may be tinkering with it's algorithm - many people today have been discussing fluctuations in SERP positioning.

Let it settle and then see whether capitalisation makes a difference.

Google Search is case sensitive, but it's not mentioned in Google Webmaster Tips anywhere.
