Google search - improved?

After searching for something on google search, i just realized that Google improved it's search algorithm, letting the users "rearrange" their search results.

The steps:
1. search for something
2. click on the results: the up arrow in order to "vote" for that result
3. click on the results: the "x" button in order to "erase" the result from the list

It's like magic: when you click on the "x" button, the result disappears.

What do you think?

Will the search be better in the near future?

 

yeah, you must have google account to rate the site and it will only effect on your own search result. After log out it will return to normal search result.

I think Google Search is at it's best the way it is.
It could have stayed the same.

It could have remained the same, because, in 99% of the cases, it returned the result i was expecting.
