Hi guys, When i was trying to search my site name, I could not see it at all, but i can see it if I put up the extention to it. How to solve this problem, mate? my site is at http://tinyurl.com/6qa44k
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site:2sg.org/&btnG=Google+Search Only 6 pages indexed by google, you need to have it search engine optimized so when google bot crawls your site it will crawl and index each page by itself.
You should change your titles and meta descriptions so that each one is unique. Add 2sg to the homepage title, meta description and somewhere on the page in a h2 tag. you could also change <a href='/'>Home</a> Code (markup): to <a href='/' title="2sg">Home</a> Code (markup): Cheers James
Hey James, thanks you! what i mean is that is you search the term: 2sg, you will not see my sites at all, only if i put 2sg (dot) org that I'll see my site, I think this may cause the problem that google rank my site so low.
1. why would you expect anyone to search for 2sg ? it can not be a popular search term? 2. there is very little text on the home page. Nothing search engines can latch onto. 3. why so many H3 tags in your code ?
1. That's the usual technique I used to see if a particular site is rank highly in google. This is because for such a term, I expect my domain name (which has that term) to rank in the first row of the SERP. but it is not the case unless i put the .org at the end. 2. How much more words should I put it to be considered? I thought I have put like 3 lines of words there for such a site? 3. What do you recommend? Thank vagrant!
Its means your site is not ranking for the keyword 2sg, right? If yes, you need to get some backlinks with that keyword.
You should use the google search tool to determine which keywords are the most popular keywords in your niche.
If you want your site to appear for the “2sg†keyword, optimize that in your meta tags keywords and description. Create one particular post focusing on that keyword and hopefully it will work. Use the tactic on building backlinks and use that keyword as well. Deeplink.
