Can anyone explain the following observations ?
I am Chiplonkar from India. I uploaded my homepage on 15th of Nov 05. On 15th of Jan 06 or so, the page started appearing in google search in response to some keywords, like my name, present in index.htm .

After about 8 days, now suddenly the search through google results in no response. What is the reasoning behind disappearing of the listing ? Will my page start appearing automatically after some days?

See if your site is cached in google...
    search for: site:www.xxxx.com

If it shows up, it is in google.
As far as keyword search for the site, it is up to google there to answer.
    They change their algorithyms monthly.

Several new sites are disappearing and reappearing in the Google index. It's not just your site. I wouldn't worry about it, unless it disappears and never comes back.

    Thanks for the replies..
But I have many a times come across home pages which are quite old and not udated for months or years. Still they always appear for keyword search. The reason why I was asking is to know when my site will be automatically searched by people for my "adsense!". Unless it appears in response to some key word search, I suppose, there wont be any "adsenseincome".Is this correct ?

( But msn.com and searchit.com still continue to show the site for key word search )

Have you added enough backlinks for the site. Try getting backlinks from some good PR sites and your websites will be indexed regularly.

No searches for relevant information pertaining to your site=no adsense income. Unless you already have 100 pages on your site and many backlinks, it's going to take time and effort, on your part, to get people to come to your site. Well, you don't really need all that, but it helps a lot. Keep on getting backlinks to your site and building onsite content and people will come and click til their fingers turn red.

Thanks to you all for showing interest in my question. How does one get back link ? A straight simple question. How to find people who will give backlinks ? I think, the topics should have similarity in content theme for useful baklink . Any further suggestions ?

Start with submitting your site to Free web directories. This will give you initial links to start with.
