Google Search and YPN

    Does anyone know if you can have a Google Search Window on a site that is populated with YPN ads, so long as there are now Google AdSense ads on the same page as the YPN ads?

    Anyone?

    I was told By Overture when I called tech support when first setting up. however it is my understanding that it will violate adsense tos.
