I read an interesting news on seoroundable where Barry Schwartz wrote about Google Webmaster Help(http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters/thread?tid=27888eeb80f5a978&hl=en) thread where John Mu from Google suggesting that ignore Marquees for better Google score.

Since 2008 we stopped using the marquees for our website’s and we verified that marquees aren't doing pretty well on Google bot, but thanks God this time John Mu openly advising that avoid marquees to website’s.
John Mu wrote“One other thing that you may want to look into is removing the “marquees” on your pages. To users, they show only a very limited amount of information, to search engines, it looks like you’re using them to stuff in as many related keywords as possible. For instance, on your homepage, you have one that is one line high and approximately 2-3 words wide that includes:”

So if you are playing with marquees but need a good Google interaction then you should ignore the marquees from your html code!So the conclusion is:

<MARQUEE> Avoid Marquee! </MARQUEE> = BETTER GOOGLE SEO SCORE!
