It is a theory that new sites are flagged or have a filter placed on them so that their rankings in the serps are not as good compared to after the filter or flag is lifted. Some people have said that they were not able to even make it to the serps, which probably means that they were #3000 or not listed. so just to clarify the sandbox is if you move too fast up the search list especially with a new site? is this correct, so sometimes is it a little inevitable if you have a new really well optimized site?
