Google Sandbox and My blog

    My Blog is two years old and My SEO expert has told me that my website is sand boxed....But i don't think it is in Google sandbox as my website keywords are getting search results in Google .
    My Blog Url is www.moneyandmatters.com

    Please guide me :

    Is there any way to check that my website is in Google Sandbox?
    Google puts only new websites in Google Sandbox or Old websites too?

    The site just ranks poorly as you have no useful natural backlinks.

    I did a search for a portion of your text and Google showed your site.
    Your problem probably won't be the sandbox but the stiff competition in the financial information niche. You certainly don't shy away from a challenge, do you?!

    The Google Sandbox has nothing to do with being indexed.

    With that being said, I think the sandbox doesn't even exist. It's just an excuse webmasters use to justify their poor rankings.

    It's funny how people expect instant results without doing the work. It's the common trend on DP.

    Agent000 is right... useful backlinks are very important or else it's spam in Google's eyes. Check this site for an example of good relevant backlinks...

    They should be industry relevant and your anchor words should be no more than 10% of all links from relevant articles
