hello here is the screen shot for first sign p for adsense account but google said this url not availabe for adsense , this site was 2/3 times reject in adsense approve.. but i update my site quality and content which is like to adsense webmaster guidelines. some site are still serving ads there site, and i try them site url for adsense apply that google said same,,,, then if any person lost his account then he can't apply for adsense account with his old website ? ------ any expert give solution please
