Ive got two websites ... and until 2 weeks ago it was all good normal traffic (combined 500 uniques) i worked a couple of months to get it and it got stable for the last 2 months. but then suddenly it stopped in one site (drop from 200 uniques to 20) and some days later the other one (from 300 to 40). a few days after this everything is back to "normal traffic" and it stays like this for 3 days and today ... no more traffic once again. i mean i just dont get it since i didnt do ANYTHING on the websites over all this period. what can cause such dramatic changes?? PS: yah 90%+ of my traffic comes from search engines.
Yes I find the same - I even have a PR7 site with 8000 uniques a day with all traffic generic and that can drop the odd day to a rediculous level then shoot up again. John
