Google reviews each adsense site?

    I have had a google adsense website now for many years and have recently added a few new websites to the network and used the code from google on them. However they are getting impressions and clicks but no earnings.

    Does google review every website I put an advert on? I thought these sites were within the rules but maybe not?

    Maybe the clicks that you get is a click fraud.

    G is not the God. Google does not review each site manually, however, guys from Big G do check websites from time to time.
