Google Result in the KWT

    I have a site the ranks, right now,on the live Google search (performed from Florida locale) in postion 2 for a keyword and the plural version of the keyword. Yet the KWT is showing me an N/A for both in Google.

    I checked some other keywords for other sites, and the KWT seems to be accurately reporting those positions.

    Wondering why it's not showing for these keywords... any ideas?

    Hope op responds because I an having the exact same problem just to second this (page 1, pos 3, kwt=na). Only for Google results. Yahoo and Bings seems to be working just fine. I figured it was because Google changed something in their source or whatever. Still a great tracker tool.

    If *nothing* within Google is working for you, it's most likely your version of PHP (to use Google results, you need PHP 5.2.0 or higher).

    5.2.0 and higher has json_decode(), the lower versions do not.
