Chances are someone reported your site as an attack site. This is very easy to do, and Google even has a page setup so people can report malicious sites. Those reports are supposed to be reviewed by a real person, or scanned to make sure the report is correct. So its not like someone can report your site and get you black listed.

Here is the page to report a site to google - http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_badware/

You may want to use this safe browsing scan to see what google found out about your site - http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=google.com/

Just replace the site=google.com at the end of the address with your own site address. That should help determine what it is that google did not like about your site.
