I have tried for two weeks now to get a page that has a robots.txt exclusion and noindex nofollow nocache metatags removed from Google. The page had been removed before, but it came back. I tried submitting the url, but it never shows up on the 'options' page, despite the form seeming to work properly and stating that it will take about 5 days. There has been enough time to act on the first request. Is the Google remove url console working for anyone else?
The 'options / status' page there is a queue of jobs... I can see where I removed it before, and after submitting the url I need removed now, the status is not updated with the new job... it should say "Pending".
