100% of the content is unique. I've written over 1,300 posts on the site by myself.

income is generated via adsense, typically $100-200/mo

higher BIN is set because of a few reasons. It's a great domain name. It's slightly aged, 3+ years. And there is a ton of unique content on the site which is valuable in and of itself.

I haven't been writing on it as much lately, but even when I don't write on it, it consistently gets 600-1000 uniques/day.
