Selling Google+ related blog - 4k monthly visitors

I built this blog to capitalize on the growing momentum of Google+. It's had months with over 30,000 uniques when I posted regularly (1-2 times/day). Even last month, with just a handful of posts, it had a total of nearly 4,000 visitors. I simply don't have time to update it often enough, but it could be very popular with the right writer behind it.

Sale also includes the very valuable Twitter account (@gooplusinfo, 13,276 followers) and control of the Facebook page with 955 "likes".
