Google reinclusion request ignored - not even an auto reply?

I have tried couple of times over the past months but Google see to ignore my reinclusion requests.

How long does it usually take for a reply. I have tried doing a request through sitemaps and as advised by Matt Cutts?

Can anyone confirm they do reply and if so how long does it take?

    Thanks

Are you sure that your site is completely removed from Google? Letting us know the URL would help the cause.

My website is surpressed for my trademark term as well as a few others. I have had this confirmed by many experts.

Is there a back door way to actually speaking with someone in Google? Would speaking to a Google PPC ad rep help and if so how do I contact these people?

The reinclusion request is only for sites which are completely removed from Google search. Do not expect Google to respond to emails on why sites re ranked low for a term etc.

While filling a reinclusion request, I would recommmend you to algo submit a Sitemap to Google.

My reinclusion request was promptly attended as soon as I uploaded a Sitemap (1 month after having it filled)

So your reinclusion request took 1 month from the date you submitted it? Anyone had one faster or later?

Are you 100% sure about this being due to sitemaps or could this be chance?

    Thanks

I have read in Google mailing lists (Or Google Groups, don't know what's the name) that some people had the reinclusion done within 2 weeks.

And NO, I'm not sure that was because of sitemaps because I don't work at Google.

BUT, I got my site unpenalyzed 2 days after submitting a sitemap.

Yes, one of the reasons they encourage you to fill in the reinclusion, is if you purchased a dropped domain, or else, of you hired a SEO company (and didn't know about their cheating techniques)..

    This is very interesting!:

"some one was saying in other forum that if u drop domain or transfer to other there is more chances to getback into google not sure."

So if I transfer domain to another name and address then supression may go? Or does registrant details have to change too? Also will I experience downtime if I do this?

Also regarding sitemaps/ reinclusion: Are you saying they they did not reply to reinclusion until you submitted sitemap? Also how long did take for auto reply and then how much longer for an actual Google employe reinclusion reply?

Would it require actually transferring the domain (as if purchased by a new buyer) or simply transferring to a different IP/host?
