I want to 301 permenant redirect a page that by accident is duplicate content of a page which has a page rank...

    So in other words redirecting

Page A (Page Rank 0/10) 301 to Page B (Page Rank 3/10)...will this effect PR in any way? Is there anything else I can do, or is this fine?

    Thank you in advance! =)

If I am not mistaken, I believe the best way to do it is Page B 301 redirected to Page A, then again I am doped up on cold meds so who knows lol

The page rank value of any page redirected to another page using level 301 will be passed to the second page, While duplicate content is a different issue in here.

I agree. It's what Google recommends.
