Yes, some inner pages of my sites have met such a PR update.

 

I think google have stopped the Major PR Update as I didnt see a major pr update from 5-6 months . but only the Big G knows everything :S

 

I did not notice any update in PR. Google should warn us next time they are going to do it.

 

PR is updated on a daily basis since a couple of years now...

I think it was updated last time on July 1st but the changes you are talking about may be minor change as majority of people are saying the same!
