Publish more content more frequently and build backlinks continually. Google will notice that there is new stuff every time they re-crawl you and then they'll re-crawl you faster and faster. Are you on a wordpress blog? Then try out this plugin: wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator , will submit a sitemap every x days (you can specify) to the 3 major search engines and this really helps with the indexing of your stuff.

As for publishing content, you can set up some autoblogging plugins like WPRobot. Yes, the content won't be unique but Google will still spider and index it. Of course there are plugins like WPUnique that automatically spin the content of your whole blog As for backlinks, you're right that takes time, unless you have the budget to outsource that or the time and willingness to learn how to use tools like senuke, xrumer, scrapebox etc.

I saw your other post but raysql is right that you'll get all the info you need by just googling for "link wheel", which it seems you already did. If you have more questions, you can always come back here and ask but they should be more specific than just "what is linkwheel" As for backlinks, it depends if they are seen as spam. If xrumer or scrapebox is misused (posting comments like "thanks, great post" or that don't make sense at all are obviously spam) and your comment/post will get deleted if the blog/forum is being moderated. There are so many ways to create backlinks, I just can't list all of them here. Just to give you a broad overview: There are lots of pdf's and excel files being sold at WF that will give you lists of hundreds of sites where you can place your links on. This can be done manually or automatically with the help of tools. Or you create web 2.0 properties like shown in the linkwheel image in your other thread (create squidoo lenses, hubs etc. and point them to your money site). Then you can get links via social bookmarks (tools for that as well), or forum profiles (my preferred method since you are not spamming; the software simply creates a profile and puts a link into it but doesn't actually post anything in the forum). However, when placing links you want to look if they have the nofollow attribute or not (in links you'll see stuff like <a href="..." rel="nofollow">anchor</a>. These have less value than links without the nofollow tag (often refered to as "dofollow"). Then you also want to look out for other factors like PageRank, low # of outgoing links (if you buy one of the lists I talked about above, then it doesn't help you if you place your comment on an auto-approve blog where 2153 other people already posted), fast loading time/crawl speed of the site etc. Over the years I refined a huge list of high-quality, high-PR, no nofollow backlinks and automated everything with custom scripts and tools and this allows me and clients to rank for even highly competitive niches You'll find that there is lots of discussion about profile links and some will tell you they have no value while others will say that they helped them tremendously. It always depends which sites these links are coming from. Not every backlink is created equal. Hope that answers your questions! Edit: Oh and yes, I agree with tempegoreng's suggestions but since you are on wordpress you can get a free plugin called platinum SEO. That will allow you to specify lots of stuff like meta tags, title, description etc. for every single post/page and will help you speed up the process.

Try adding your signature link, and wait slowly for getting index. Getting indexed fast is not such good.

By using NOODP you are increasing chance of getting not listed or removed from ODP. It should be better not to use NOODP.
