    In simple words:
New pages and posts that I make have stopped ranking in google. Not even appearing for full para search from my site. content is 100% unique and page indexed after 1 min of posting.

    Details Problem:
I am a webmaster running a site. My site gets 8000 daily visits on average. I have good rankings with google and nice site reputation. I write genuine and 100% unique content only. Usually when ever I post something it appears in the search results for its title and related keywords on the top. Like I have a post on Topic 1 with title- Topic 1 Reviews . Before this problem whenever i posted something like this it came to top of google for search term topic 1 review in less then 5 min. Now it is not even appearing for rare keywords that match my site content exactly.
Though older posts that were posted before Feb are still ranking well on top.

5 minutes? Sounds like you may have received an initial freshness boost. Continue to obtain quality links to these pages and they will return to ranking well in due time.

This isn't unusual with G. I would just continue what you're doing and let Google catch up.

You are experiencing Google's method of getting "newsworthy" posts to the surface without permanently diluting the search results. There is nothing you can do to change this. In addition Google may not always be crawling your site.. and even if it is, it may not find any worth in your new posts.

Try to optimize you posts. Maybe Google have found something else to rank. That's why yours are left behind.

GOogle does seem to be indexing much more quickly now, I notice posts from DP indexed within seconds of posting them if you time it right with Googlebot! but you might just be getting indexed less often, maybe check your stats and see how often your site is being accessed by spiders?
