google rankings top 3 then page 8? good? or bad?

    okay now i noticed im only number 3 when im logged into my google account. Is that because of the personalized search? Also i was on page 3 on google for my keywords on any computer but dropped to page 8. Is that a penalty?

    Hello,

    It is not a penalty.

    If you login to google and you have added analytics or any other google services like adsense/adwords, it will show your results in the top. But that is not what a normal user see. He see only what you see when you are logged out.
