    You have to do heavier backlinking with more high PR sites. It works the same as low comp keywords, just a bit more work.
    Off-page and On-page optimization play an important role in SEO. Try to collect quality backlinks :)

    When competition is 95% tough, then do not waste your valuable there. Just find some alternative niche for less competition.
