Hi, guys I am in trouble man. Need help. Currently I am working on website called www.outsourcedataprocessing.com. Before 3 months it was on 1st page in Google, yahoo & msn for my targeted keywords. But, suddenly ranking is gone in Google search engine for my targeted keywords. Now the scenario is Google can not display this site, even not in 600. If you type domain name in Google then site is coming i.e. it’s not a spam. So, what happened to my website? Please help me out. One more thing I like to share after loses my ranking in Google; I check my back links, all pages and done on-page optimization for whole website. But, still it can’t come in Google. So, please check the site and tell me, what should I do to achieve my ranking in Google? I want my site again in 1st page in Google on my target keyword which is data processing. Eagerly waiting your positive response. Thanking you. Regards, Harvesh Modh
Hi, Have you stopped building backlinks, once you are in the first page? If not , it can be any of the following problems: 1. There is some problem with the server where you have hosted the site - Contact your host to find out 2. If you are using a software like webseo etc. to check the rankings - Most of the search engines discourage this and penalize by temporarily dropping the website out of the listings. In this case, wait for a few days and stop using rank checkers. Everything shall be ok in a few days. 3. If you are using google webmaster tools you might have deleted your website from the listings. Use webanalytics to add your website in the listings again. This is going to take some time as google needs to start afresh and rank your pages again. 4. I hope you know that search engines are very strict about balckhead techniques. If you are using any unetical means like keyword stuffing to get better rankings, I suggest you refrain from these. Remove any blackhead technique that you have deployed and wait. Give google a few days and things shall be fine. Your top result rankings are however can not be ensured without proper ethical SEO. Go to google webmasters and read the pages carefully. It contains all the information that you need to have to know whats wrong and whats right as per the google rulebook. This is all that I know. I hope this works for you.
The site is still listed in the google index ( search for site:www.outsourcedataprocessing.com ) Have you been taking risks with the way you have built backlinks, or is the content duped from elsewhere? That's the fairly clear way to getting penalized like this. If you haven't been taking risks, it's important to keep adding content and keep building backlinks at a similar rate, and you may reappear after 2-4 weeks. If you have been taking risks with backlinks in particular, you need to clean those up and work at only white-hat links for a while, though expect it to be a long road to recovery.
Google often applies backlink devaluation to links from various sources that it considers spammers are exploiting to artificially raise the ranking of their sites. When link devaluation occurs, as it has with reciprocal links from low quality web directories and link farms, reductions in Google ranking may occur affecting the recipient site of the links. The severity of ranking reductions are usually synonymous with the website's reliance on that particular type of linking. There's no doubt that blog links and low quality web directory links have also been devalued and that this has lead to reduced website rankings for sites which got a significant number of backlinks or site wide links from blogs or directories. In addition, backlinks from unrelated theme sites are also experiencing Google devaluation - so if your site heavily relies on these links, then it too may experience a sudden drop in Google rankings.
Google drops the website rankings for several reasons, but it is a reality than you can jump of the first page after another period of time (Google is a dynamic search engine). Stay focused on building new good content and increase your backlinks...
There are no visible signs of your site being penalized. You are ranking about 740ish out of 82,100,000. Personally, I think you're being WAAAAAAY too unrealistic to think that you're going to rank on page 1 for a phrase which has 82 million results ESPECIALLY considering your site only has about 1000 backlinks from external sites. That is a VERY competitive head term. Do you know how many "data processing" related web sites are on the web? You will likely need thousands if not tens of thousands more backlinks with the exact link text "data processing" or a slight variation that contains the phrase "data processing" in order to break into the top 10. You rank very well for "outsource data processing" (#1) and "outsourcing data processing" (#5). I would set my goals a little lower and target more 3-4 word keyword phrases with "data processing" in the phrase like "contract data processing", "data processing consulting", "data processing services", "data processing consulting services", "contract data processing services", etc.
Thanks for your kind of comments. But I have already checked my server, back links and content so many times. I never use black hat SEO techniques for my site. I have re-optimized the site and try to gain good more back links but still it can’t come in Google search engine. And about Data Processing keyword then 3 months ago it was comes in 1st page but now it is in 840. Please help me out guys seriously. What should I do to achieve my ranking back in Google? Regards, Harvesh Modh
I would suggest you to redevelop your website and check all your inbound and outbound links. Also resubmit your website to google. Hope this works for you.

If you select the keyword phrase "data processing" to target, then there is only one word to describe your problem. SPAMING Then there is keyword stuffing in the images. Excessive use of the term in the content. And it could go on and on. Who ever did your SEO, screwed up the web site and should be replaced. As for the links, your competition has three to four time the quantity. And as for traffic, you don't have any. I find it hard that this site ranked on the first page for Google (US) for any term like "data processing". Currently it has a grade of 9 out of 100. I would recommend that the site be turned over to a professional SEO firm that understands the meaning of "Don't SPAM Google".
Google is a dynamic Search Engine, you need to stay focus on building new content's with maintained keywords densities, increase ur backlinks, generate new site map and submit to webmasters. it would be helpful for u.
