Hi all.Hopefully a relatively quick question which i hope you could help me with.I have a 3 mth old .co.uk site. It was created with domain name "a" and worked fine and Google ranked. However, i later renamed the site and changed it to domain name "b". Both domain names link to the same site - so it shouldnt really matter. Now i find that whilst i have been updating and publishing my site, only enetering the url exactly displays the current published version. Google searching for the domain name - either "a" or "b" finds the site - but what seems like a 6 week old verison and never the current published verison. Yet the google ranked searches are linking to the same domain name as the current published site.In effect, i can update and publish my site but the google listings never show the current updates. How is this happening and how can i get google to show the current published site?I'm a newby and clearly learning so any 'simple' advice greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bigrinks
At present, Google ranking or many seo preferred. Just Google adjustment ranking algorithm, pay more attention to the user experience.
Hi thanks to both of you for replying.clearly I am focusing on the user experience by continually adjusting my site. However this seems a bit pointless she. The updates are not being shown through the ranked pages on google! When you say that google is adjusting the pr algorithm. When and how do I know it will start to display the current published pages?
