    Google is very harsh on giving page rank. It is busy in doing other things. Don't worry for Page Rank. If your search engine ranking is good then think every thing is good.

    First, I like to suggest you to work on On-Page factors..Analyze your keywords were present in title, description tags..
    Try to get quality backlinks from high authoritative domains like .gov and .edu. Participate in forum promotions and blog commenting this may help you to get better ranking in google.

    Have u done the on page of your website? If not, then first do the complete on page and then go for the quality link building in high pr sites.
