Google puts images next to their own ad? (check screenshot)

    Something about drawing an undue attention to an ad comes to my mind. :D

    But seeing this it makes me wonder - do they pay you if someone clicks on that "Ads by Google" + G image link and signs up? Do I get referral? Or do they are advertising here for free?
