Google’s Matt Cutts announced the action on Twitter and called it a “data refresh” that impacts less than one-tenth of a percent of English-language searches.

I read a blog about penguin update1.1 and data refresh a couple of minutes ago but I think it minor update and hopefully it does not affect much to webmasters.

I also hope it's a minor update. Prior Penguin updates affected lots of members on this forum and their sites.

It's all relative - 1/10 of a trillion sites is huge!

I wonder what the change was to make that big a change. I noticed a mild serp change from now and the morning.
