Can't you block proxies from accesing your site via .htaccess?

 

Thanks for the link that was a great read, im still not exactly sure how they can remove your main page from google, but i can see how it would work for pages that are not yet indexed on the original site especially if the main site has been wiped of PR like the site mentioned.

ill have a go at implementing the reverse clocking script in to my site.
