    Google has changed Google Profile Design Layout and Features Module. check : https://profiles.google.com/
    but The changes are minor for now, but having something that looks nice can be worth more than new features, and this new Google profile looks nice :)

    Everything else move so those on top should do something to improve so anything that tries to follow will cannot easily overcome..
