google problems

    ok i made 112.00 on my last google check and i only got 80.00 they took out 30.00 for back up withholding how do i take it off where they dont take that out i no there is a way

    Im not really sure what is happening with your acount, but did you file a W-9 tax form with Google?

    Well, Google does not generally withhold any amount from your account unless the amount in question is disputed or may be in violation of their terms and conditions. They will release the money to you during the next payment if they found no wrong doings on your part. Or the amount in questions may be held if you owe them anything in their Adwords program.

    no its called backup withholding do i click the box on the w9 form that says exempt me from backup withholding

    very few people are subject to backup withholding by the IRS. You need to go into your payment settings and click "exempt from backup withholding." Once you do that they will stop deducting money from your earnings.
