Google Problems 2 Sites - same class B IP

    Can google two Sites for similarly if it feel nearly the same IP to have?

    Both sites have the same Main Topic!
    Both sites from different people/companies!
    Both site have this IP:

    e.g:

    Site 1: 90.123.19.34
    Site 2: 90.123.75.23

    Up to the b block the IP are directly. Page 2 climbs on the positions for before page 2 on google.

    Please Help

    Those sites don't have the same IP? Whats the exact problem?

    The one side was exchanged in ranking by the other one.

    Site 1 ranks for Keyword on position 6 on the first Page of google search for this Keyword. Now, site 2 ranks on position 6. The same with many other Keywords.

    Dns is also alike with both sides.
