    if you click google in the tool bar it goes to http://www.google.com/webhp?hl=en at least from my browser and thats a 9


    maybe they got a dupe content penelty ? about time they did ;)

    Of course not. Why should they? Google simply makes the rules for you and me, of course they don't follow them themselves.

    www.google.com is PR10. If it's not www.google.com, the PR may and can be different as it probably doesn't have as many links in.

    Seems simple to me.
