Since ive been getting allot of inquires on this site, might as well post the stats here for you all to see..

I have had this site for many years, i promoted it, built all the links i needed to get it where it is now, as for traffic, it gets i believe 200 uniques a day, makes around 2 to $5 a day on adsense, but just recently the PR jumped to 6, and i think the site name and site itself has alot of potential to be ranked #1 for dating site, but a dating portal needs to be installed, such free ones like OSdate, i just dont have the time or the money to keep this site running, i need quick cash for my schooling so its time to let go of this site.
I am taking offers right now and the highest one will get the site, so far i have had a good 20 inquires on it and 4 potential buyers who offered 1k, but i need more then that, so give me your offer and i will go back and forth. Thanks

Anyways, can you tell me where it gets its page rank from? I mean there aren't many links pointing to it so I wonder are there a couple of high ranking links and do you think they will remain?

I just received a PR6 on this site, it use to be a PR5, now how it went to 6, i do not know, although i do know the site is few years old and i spent alot of time getting links and promoting it, whats ironic is as soon as i saw the PR6, the server went down, the morons who serve the site erased everything by mistake believe it or not, i had a full running forum with lots of posts, i had a HOT or NOT script where people would post there pictures and get rated, so all these pages got dumped, so thats where the site stands, i recently changed servers and put up the old site design just so google indexes something and i dont loose the PR.

how can you tell the PR is fake? prove to me its fake....yes alexa ranking is poor but as i mentioned before, the site gets 200 uniques and makes 2 to 5$ day on adsene, i never said the site gets millions of hits, and it is not a fake PR cause when i started workong on the backlinks, i started with zero, moved to 3, then to 4, then back to 3, then back to 5 and now google updated the PR to 6, how this happend i do not know as im being honest, but in no way shape of form would i post a site here and try to rip people off, if you think its fake PR or if anyone else outside can mess around with giving fake PR's to random sites, i would like to know how its possible and if this site is fake...

hey Astroman, i only put the site for sale here on this forum, but if i dont get an offer high enough, i just might slap on a dating portal and sell the site on ebay. i dont know what sedo is, but sure ill go through escrow i dont expect people to trust me as i dont trust anyone else on teh web by typing words in forums, so no worries.

it's a domain that was dropped three times in last 3 years. No value in it. Page rank is carried over, but will do you no good in serp.

 

If you read all my posts, i mentioned the server crashed a few times and had to reupload everything on new server, duh
