That's right,the more powerful dofollow, the more current you will get the update.Important not to stop linking, because the website will fall.
PR is primarily about building backlinks, and is not to do with content. Getting a PR3 in a couple of months is nice but to be honest is hardly unique, many sites have done the same. I did it with one last year and have just done it again with another and I am not an SEO professional or an expert. The real value of PR is in its contribution to SERP.
Actually its called the Google "honeymoon". Do some research. New sites can sometimes be found in first page results. After a couple of months Google will re-rank the site according to how popular it is. I had a new site rank PR4 in 2 weeks. Spouting off about your SEO skills just showed everyone how little you really know. Give us a PR rating in 6 months time, then we can all see where you are at.
You can't understand Google pr algo properly.. many times hundred of backlinks site don't get pr and many times new domain site least seo work get pr 2+
