Google PR?

    I was wondering once pagerank has reached a certain rank, can it go back down or can it only go up?

    pagerank is irresistible, irreversible and final. Once you get it, you can't change it and it stays for life, that is till the site is banned.

    I almost rolled on the floor laughing when I read Michael_Goldman's post. PR can be still lowered irregardless of how high it has reached. Mainly due to the ever dynamic algorithm that Google uses.
