Google PR - When's the next update?

Google has already proven that they aren't following any patterns and considering the length of time between the last two updates I personally have a sneaking suspicion this one will take everybody by suprise and might happen before the end of 2007 or early into January. From my experience, when you start seeing certain things change in SERP's and start seeing sites losing PR, etc... it means the next full update is right around the corner.

 

It's hard to say. Nobody is sure about that,I think.

 

When you noticed this happened?

 

PR update done recently so i think it would take another few months for the next update, maybe Mar

 

May be later in april.. no ones sure!!

 

I think next update will be in either march or in april.

 

If I had to guess I'd say late February based on their normal patterns, will an unranked site that has been indexed recieve a ranking at this point though? My website is relatively new and I'm curious to see where I stand.

 

I think Google will take more longer time because they are thinking how to kill those blogs which selling text links and writing paid post. I think March 2008

 

Yes there is a pattern,lol.......... Look up the updates............. They used to happen quarterly, but they are trying to reduce the google bomb effect......


Jeeez people just look up the dates of every single google update............. You can easily narrow it down to a 2-3 week window.........

there are 3 different kinds...... Dont worry so much about the toolbar update,,,,,, Google has its own internal PR regardless of what your toolbar says...........

Thanks for your responses. It seems like somewhere between February and next June. I will target for February.

 

Here's a good site that I found that keeps track of every time the PR has updated, and averages the time to predict the next update. According to this site it'll be in about 45 days. Which seems do-able. I wouldn't cross your fingers tho.

the last 2-3 were almost 6 months apart. like 188 days. and there are getting slightly longer each time.

 

I know this guy who is a relative of a guy who my neighbor knows through another guy who is dating his sister and this is the most reliable information. It will happen on April 13th at 1:37 PM PST. This is top secret so please keep this just in this thread.
