I've seen PR updation in few of my internal website pages. Yesterday few of my website pages haven't assigned PR by google while today i can see that PR has been assigned to those pages and vice a versa with other pages as well. I think Google's PR updation process is not completed yet. What do you think?
I don't think that it happen every month because its ongoing process and its continued each and every minute.
I think just don't worry about it and make sure your web pages have a bunch of content. After I had hundreds to thousands of pages on my web site I got a PR Rank of 4. Just be patient, don't worry about it, and create as much content as possible and you should also gather relevant link popularity and within 2 months your site should gain a good PR.
yeah good point and like what I was saying if you hardly have any content google won't exactly treat your site as a quality site. Just make lots of good informative, reliable, and useful posts and be patient and your pagerank will not only show up right it will probably be a very high page rank. Look at wikipedia, they have millions of good content pages and thats why they are ranked high. and also it took my new site 2 months before it even got a page rank. The reason it didn't take way longer is because I have a high link popularity to relevant websites, and I kept my articles as fresh as I can (with my autism that is)
I wish Google will make the PR update an open book. It is a mystery to many of us how PR updates works. Though some people might already have an idea on how the process works still there are no clear concept of how it actually works
Well if you want to see a bit of how google indexing works you can check out the google webmaster tools area and when you add a sitemap google tells you how many they have indexed of the sitemap. They also ;let you tell googlebot how many requests they can make on your domain
Now it has finished..........................we can have next crawl of website with in 2 - 3 days............................
Taking much care about PageRank will not help you. You should work from your side and Google will give you PR. So keep promoting other than thinking about these stats
I agree with you touchjijo. Really! Who cares about your own PR? I use this primarily to ensure that if I am linking to someone that it's appropriate. Usually PR will help me with making that determination. But as for my own sites, that's an entirely different story alltogether.
