    yeah you're right,one of my website http://s2sgateway.com updated from PR2 to PR3 was created before june 2009. but my few new websites two to five months old are still PR0 even have much backlinks

    Well I check this morning hoping for updates and some of my sites were showing big PR increases but a couple of hours late THEY HAVE GONE AGAIN !!!! You cant win..

    This IS actually true. I checked my blogs and one of them jumped from PR1 to PR3... so something is happening - no BS. I had to check with different checkers though... as the one I use did not show this update. I guess it will take a while for Google to spread this on to all servers

    My own suspicion is that Google has made a massive botch up in their PR algorithm so that the values were not exportable. They have been trying to fix it since then but were still unable to do it. That is why they chose to use the last set of PR data that was still usable and that was in May to early June last year.

    My site was PR4 and after Google update,Google toolbar shows my site PR0 and checkpagerank.net and checkpageranking.com shows PR4.

    Can anyone tell me which is more accurate and is my site PR4 or PR0

    Yeah it is actually true.. I noticed a updates on my site while I was updating it just a few minutes ago and checked some others and the PR is updated and changed in them also.

    I thought you guys were just pulling peoples chains AGAIN. lol

    No changes... I stopped checking after about 20 domains. USELESS update. i wish Google would just get rid of this damn useless misleading crappy metric instead of broadcasting misleading screwed up data all over the place.
